Regarding a pamper evening a volunteer is needed to organise such an event.

Jean confirmed that Friends Meeting House has been booked for AGM


Officers Reports

Membership: No new members

Facebook: nothing to report

Co-ordinator: less people attended the bring and share meal this time

Sterling: £157.95, annual sterling subscription will be on agenda for this year’s AGM for consideration of reintroducting.

Another good period with trading, although the value of Buzzards has dropped (1202 to 547) the last period was exceptionally high and the number of trades has only fallen from 177 to 151.  Membership fees are slightly down (85 to 58) and Members expenses were also lower (45 to 41).  The overall deficit of Organisation Account has fallen from -7,234 to -7,093 Buzzards.

AGM

No speaker booked instead meeting and trading in main hall, cream teas served around table in small hall. This is to give people the opportunity to network with others with the aim to increase trading, especially with new members.

Jane and Jean to coordinate refreshments, Liz Miller to be asked to supply scones and jam.

Jean to ask Dave to audit the accounts.

Jean to produce a list of events, especially ones with food included, for people to express an interest in and to help planning future events.

Volunteers to host for future open meetings to be arranged after the AGM

Rosemary described the new Crisis Centre opening in town and questioned if there could be a role for letsbuzz. Bob to print leaflets for Rosemary to take in.
